Old Biz:
Treasury report: $6996.26

QBP: People owe about $250. QBP will not ship the double bike stand metal base. Dimensions will be sought, so that we can attempt to procure a base locally. Alaska Steel Co. on W. Dowling and Arctic has a steel remnants area that might be a place to look.

Tools: We need new pads for the bike vice, and a new head for the bike stand.
To Go Box: Tools here, still need to be distributed to box.

Building management: There is a new manager who spoke with Dax. She will have regular hours. She mentioned two issues: bikes in the hallway (expecting a letter from her regarding this), and the inner door leading into the main hallway needs to be closed when we leave. Her name and contact info were posted on the cork board behind the computer.

Bike cage: Dax has “plans” for building some more racks in there, and making more wheel hangers. It’s in the works. The cable was cut during the break-in last month. We need to start locking the cage again.

Storage: No storing of bikes in the future for random people. We’re still looking for the owner of Fish’s old (sold) bike found a few weeks ago in a ditch. We need to organize tools and parts.

Conex: Need to get the good bikes. Dax says he will start this endeavor on Thursday.

Prices and Tags: Brian is no longer “working on it” he is done… the list was distributed to present members, and left in the shop. Bring any complaints for Brian to the next meeting. Zach asked for another week to finish the stickers write up.

Mondays: Shop Projects Day
Kids bikes are running rampant. Not sure what to do with them.
We need to work on getting the good bikes in the shop in working order so they can be sold, and finish stripping the bad ones.

Rags: Should be get a metal canister for our greasy and/or oily rags? –Maybe. Shall we wash them? – No, toss them. Dillan has some metal cans he says he can bring in. One will be for clean rags, one for dirty rags.

Handbook rewrite: We should do some simple updates of some of the policies. In particular, revisit the return policy, and incorporating prices and the sticker tagging system into the handbook. We’ll need to advertise these changes and vote.
